e2undel software package provides Undelete utility for the ext2 file system, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install e2undel
e2undel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the e2undel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep e2undel *
You will get with e2undel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
